What time do camp activities start?
The camp activities will start at 9am and ends at 4pm. Plan on having your children arrive latest is 9am, because our daily field trip will depart approximately around 9am. Our facility will open at 7:30am and close at 6:30pm for all campers. Parents can drop off their children during the morning between 7:30am to 9am and to pick up the children between 4pm-6:30pm. During before care and after care children will have free time to engage in various different types of computer and video gaming activities.

Are there any forms I must fill out for my child?
Each camper must have a completed camp registration form, Camp Selection form,camp waiver form, fieldtrips/transportation form, Emergency contact form, behavior agreement form. These forms must be given to C3 Cyber Club before 1st day of camp or your child will not be able to attend camp.

Can I pick up my child early?
If necessary, you may pick your child up before the end of regular camp hours. Please notify us in advance and in writing and to send a note that morning and giving it to the Camp Director. This will allow us to have your child ready and waiting when you arrive.

What are the field trips places?
Each session, campers will go on daily field trips. For security reason, we need campers to wear our camp T-shirt every time they go on field trip. There are short day field trips and full day field trips. Full day field trips usually schedule on Fridays to the water park. The short day field trips will last approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on where we go. We schedule our short day field trips for Monday through Thursday and places we would go are: the park, movie theatre, local area swimming pool, recreational centers and sometimes we would go to the zoo or museum in DC. Field trips places and schedules are subject to change, we will notify you in advance when the situation arise. Please refer to our field trips page for schedules of places we will go on each camp session.

How will children be getting to field trips?
Campers will be riding on 15 seat passenger vans to go on field trips. The van has our company name, logo and phone number on it.

What are the mixed martial arts and computer classes hours and schedules?
Mixed martial art classes consist of two groups: Aikido A group is for K-2nd grade and Aikido B group is for 3rd and 8th grade. The classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday in the late afternoon. The time for Aikido A group is 35 minutes and Aikido B group is 45 minutes.
Computer classes are for different age levels. Class A is for K-2nd grade and Class B is for 3rd and 8th grade. Computer Classes are scheduled for Monday –Thursday. The hours for class A is from 1:30pm to 2:45pm and class B is from 3:30pm to 4:45pm. Student will receive about 6 hours of computer class per session.
Mixed martial arts and computer classes Schedules and openings are subject to change. We plan to keep our computer class teacher ratio 1 to 8 students, therefore the space is very limited. If necessary, any changes must be made we will notify campers.

What are the activities when my child returned from field trips?
For the last few hours before the day camp ends at 4pm. Children will participate in various supervised and planned activities to keep them engaged but also allow them to relax after the camp day. Our large gaming room consist of six 10 foot video projection screens connected to Wii, xbox 360, Game cube, PS2, Rock Band, Guitar hero, DDR with large library of latest and age appropriate games, in addition to console equipments, we have 30 network computers that children can participate in group gaming, imagine 30 campers each has own computer can simultaneous play the same game together. Supervised gaming activities and video games competitions have been the biggest draw for our campers. Our popular age appropriate video games competitions are, Nintendo Wii Tennis, Bowling, Boxing, Dance Dance Revolution, Nintendo Brawl, Guitar Hero and more. Two air hockey tables for casual play. Campers will be introduced to many different type of games ranging from console to computer games. Computer classes and mixed martial classes are also available in the afternoon.

What are the out door activities at the park?
On the scheduled days we will go to the park. There will be various different type of organized sport activities for different age group such as, Basketball, soccer, dodge ball, flag football, play ground tag and more

What should my child bring to camp?
The following things should be brought to camp everyday:
Backpack with: bathing suite and towel, plastic bag for wet stuff, Sunscreen lotion, Lunch (no glass containers), morning and afternoon snacks, raingear, shorts (no skirts, girls), socks, tennis shoes (no sandals or flop flops, please!). Please dress your child in clothing that can get dirty.

Who should I call in case my child can’t attend camp for the day?
In the event that you child is unable to attend camp for the day, we ask that you report his/her absence to C3 Cyber Club office 703-729-0985.

What is the camper to counselor ratios?
We maintain our staff to child ratio 1 adult for 10 children

What are your policy about LOST & FOUND?
Please mark all belongings with your child’s first and last name. We are not responsible for lost items. A “Lost & Found” box can be found at the camp desk. After two weeks, “ Lost & Found” articles will be taken to a local community shelter.
