How soon should we book the party?

Book your party least 4-6 weeks in advance.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, we ask that guests pay a $75 deposit to reserve their date. We apply the deposit to the total party cost.

Can I bring food from outside?
You can bring your own birthday cake, cup cakes and ice cream (and don't forget the candles). We do not permit other outside food or drink, but you can purchase pizza and drinks on-site.

Do adults, attending with their children, have to pay?
Absolutely not! Have fun with your child – it's time to celebrate! You can order food for the adults on the day of the party through your party host.

How early should we arrive at the party?
We ask guests to arrive no more than 15 minutes before their party begins. Do you provide decorations or paper products? We provide plain white table cloths and white paper products such as napkins, plates and forks. We encourage you to bring decorations such as balloons, decorative paper products and centerpieces for the tables. For safety reasons, we do not allow Pinatas inside or outside of the interactive learning center. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to set up before your guests arrive.

Do you provide goodies bags?
For $4.95 per child, we can provide you with goody bags for your party. C3 Cyber Club's goody bags include items such as: mini porcupine balls, mini sticky hands, lip whistles, belt clip key chains, plastic cups with the C3 logo, marbleized poppers and disk shooters, to name a few.

Can I change my guest count after I book my party?
Call us immediately, so that we can determine if we can make arrangements to accommodate your guests.

What if we want to stay longer than 2 hours?
Let us know when you book your party if you'd like to book for more than 2 hours. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate you and your guests. We charge $3 per person for an additional 30 minutes, and 4 per person for an additional 60 minutes..
