As the premier gaming interactive learning center in Northern Virginia, C3 Cyber Club offers children an exciting opportunity to host their birthday parties at our 5000 square feet interactive learning center.
Up to three parties can be booked at our center for a single time slot. Please call us for information on private parties

Payment Information
A $75 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the time and date. A $4 service fee may also be applied.
The balance of birthday party payment is due on the day of the party.
If additional guests arrive the day of the party, you'll be charged additional fee per child. If you need to change the size of your party, please give us plenty of notice, so that we may try to accommodate your needs.
We accept the following payment methods: cash, and major credit cards.
Inclement Weather Policy
If, due to inclement weather on or around the date of your reserved party, you feel the need to cancel your party, C3 Cyber Club reserves the right to retain your deposit if we're open for business on the day of your party.
If, due to inclement weather, we are closed, we will work with you to reschedule the party.

Cancellations
After you pay your deposit, you can cancel the party within 3 days for a full refund. After 3 days, we are unable to give refunds, but we do give you the option to select a new date for your party, based on availability.
Let us know whether you want the kids to play and dance freely, or if you'd like us to set up a friendly gaming competition. Your party host can host a competition with games such as air hockey and Mario Cart, Wii Sports and Super Mario Smash Brawl. Kids enjoy our organized competitions because it's a chance for them to play games and win a variety of prizes. Just for participating, each child receive a free glow stick. This service is included with no extra cost, so let us know which option works best for your child's party
