After you pay the deposit, you can cancel the party within 5 days and get the full refund. After 5 days, you can change the date of the party depending on our availability. We required 30 days notice for any date change. Birthday Party FAQ

Computer Classes Refund Policy

Full payment must be received 3 days before the first day of class.

In the case of an absence, there is no makeup class or refund for a missed class. In the event of bad weather conditions, please call C3 Cyber Club before your schedule class to verify if we are open that day. Please follow Loudoun County public schools for weather closures. In case of closure a make up day will be scheduled with no added fee or cost at a time and day that is convenient for both parties. C3 Cyber Club will contact students in case of an instructor's absence. In this situation we will re-schedule and make up the class(es) at a time and day that is convenient for both parties.

If each class has less than 3 students, you can choose:

• To have a private class so your kids will get more attention and faster paces. Therefore the class will be $150 including the lab fee.
• Or to cancel your class and get refund.
