Let's get straight to the point – it's hard planning a party for a tween/teen. From finding a space that's large enough for all of your tween/teens' friends to tracking down a DJ, it's nothing like any other kid's party you've planned.

C3 Cyber Club offers party packages for tweens/teens because we know what they want: music, lights, snacks and a night of dancing and socializing with their friends. And we know that as a parents, safety and affordability are at the top of your lists. At C3 Cyber Club, we found a way to combine the two to create an ultimate party experience that will make your tween/teen's party the talk of the town. And best of all, you won't have to unload your wallet.

Up to three parties can be booked at our center for a single time slot. Please call for information on private parties

Tween/Teen Party Package Includes:

3 Hours of full access to C3 Cyber Club
Fri - Sat 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Additional 1 hour costs $50.
Seven 10 feet projection screens make video games come to life
Vibrant party light system to set the mood for celebrating
Over 40 networked gaming computers for accessing the Internet or using our award winning design and programming software
specially designed for kids
Plasma televisions
Hundreds of latest age appropriate games for systems such as
XBOX 360 and Wii (Rated M games will be on request.)
Bring your own favorite music playlist in CDs or iPods, our staff will
play for you from the beginning to the end of your party! Don't let
the hot music stop! Dance till you drop on our large dancing floor.

Food and Drinks - Bring your own food, or let us provide your tween/teen and their friends with pizza and drinks to keep them fueled while they dance and play games.
A large dance area, DDR arcade dancing pads and Rockband and Guitar Heroes stages for dancing and gaming
Seven 10 feet projection screens that bring video games to life giving tween/teens the ultimate gaming experience and a selection of games for varied interests

Other Useful Information

Payment Information

A $75 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the time and date.
The balance of birthday party payment is due on the day of the party.
If additional guests arrive the day of the party, you'll be charged additional fee per child. If you need to change the size of your party, please give usplenty of notice, so that we may try to accommodate your needs.
We accept the following payment methods: cash, and major credit cards.

Inclement Weather Policy

If, due to inclement weather on or around the date of your reserved party, you feel the need to cancel your party, C3 Cyber Club reserves the right to retain your deposit if we're open for business on the day of your party.
If, due to inclement weather, we are closed, we will work with you to reschedule the party.

Cancellations

After you pay your deposit, you can cancel the party within 3 days for a full refund. After 3 days, we are unable to give refunds, but we do give you option to select a new date for your party, based on availability.
