Come on out to the Halo3 October Blowout Tournament at C3, Nothern Va's LARGEST gaming center! We are all going through some economic hard times so we've lowered the registration prices! Only $20 for advance registration and $25 at the door! Take advantage of this lowered price point. We hope to bring in 20 teams so we can hand out some big cash to the winning players. Note: The current prize structure is 100% based on the speculating number of teams attending, 20. Prize structure will be affected if 20 teams do not attend.
Event Rules & Settings:
-We use the latest official MLG settings and Rules for Slayer -match. A list of the latest settings can be found at http://www.mlg.com
-To compete you and your partner must be present during the start of the Tournament. If a teammate is not present you may find a recruitment before the start of the Tournament.
-Everyone Must Bring Their Own Controller!
-Any player caught receiving help by looking or having someone else look at the opposing teams screen will be disqualified and will not receive a refund.
-Only players with wired controllers will be admitted to the tournament. If you do not have a wired controller you may use a wireless controller with an empty battery pack and a play and charge battery pack.( this will make your controller act as if it is wired)

Discounts:
-We are asking the community to help bring their own Xbox360 and copy of the game. In doing so, we will offer $5.00 OFF the registration fee to the first 6 people who arrive before 5:30 pm. If a contestant chooses to bring an Xbox360, they must be leave their console at c3 for the duration of the tournament. If they do not then credit will not be given for their console.
-If you do decide to bring your Xbox360 please arrive at 5:30 pm to allow enough time for our referees to configure your console with the official tournament settings. Please email davidc3cyberclub@yahoo.com to be entered into the discount registration list.
-If a contestant chooses to bring a Xbox for tournament use then they must provide the name of the account which contains the needed game types. If the Xbox doesn’t have the needed game types, then you will need to alert the staff of it so that we can put the needed game types on the Xbox.
