C3 is Loudoun County's very first computer-based learning and state-of-the-art gaming center.
Primarily serving K-12 children, C3's access to technology, fast internet connections and numerous powerful work stations as well as our caring, tech-savvy and dedicated staff provide children a top-notch, safe facility in which to instruct, educate and encourage confidence in your child's technical capabilities.

In addition to our tech-educational and gaming capabilities, our C3 customers can also make use of our powerful computers to access the web through our fast T1 connections for internet research, checking email and laser printing. Customers may also make use of our CD-RW drives to burn data and audio CDs.
