Loudoun County’s first computer-based learning center for children
Located in Ashburn, Virginia and in business since 2001, C3 is a progressive, computer-based learning center focused on providing kids of all ages the necessary technology, application and computer skills required to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced educational arena, which year after year requires kids to adapt and overcome growing technological advances in their classroom settings.

Unlike other computer instruction locations that primarily gear their courses and workshops towards working adults, C3’s primary focus is working with Loudoun-based K-12 groups seeking to enhance their overall computer and technical skills.

Through leadership programs and character building, C3 provides kids with valuable and technology-relevant skills to better equip them in today’s wired world. Our programs offer young people a real sense of community in a safe, pro-education environment where learning, growing and having fun are paramount.
